Heidi is a multi-generational Colorado native. After graduating from Northern Colorado, she has spent over 20 years in the IT Consulting industry, including the past 12 years with Unison Systems. Heidi fosters deep relationships with her consultants and hiring managers alike, often following one’s career from junior software engineer to senior vice president, she is a trusted and valuable partner to many. Outside of work, you might find Heidi participating in a kick-boxing class at her husband’s gym or watching one of her sons play sports.
