Lukas founded Unison Systems in 1997 at the age of 24. Born in New York City and raised in Evergreen, CO, Lukas graduated from CU Leeds School of Business and went to work for TCI (now Comcast) where he partnered with dozens of technology staffing firms building the company’s largest technology initiatives. Through this hands-on experience he was able to fashion a firm, from the bottom up, using only the best client-focused practices he witnessed from the inside.

Passions: “Travel, camping, and movie nights with my wife and three boys. Bleed orange and blue – haven’t missed a Broncos game since 1977. Golf as much as time permits.”
